Ce produit, reconditionné selon des spécifications techniques qui satisfont ou dépassent celles des OEM, est passé par un processus de démontage, d'inspection de tous les composants, de remplacement des composants internes endommagés.
Les injecteurs sont démontés et nettoyés à l'aide d'un nettoyeur à ultrasons. Les pièces sont individuellement inspectées au microscope et, si elles ne correspondent pas à la qualité de la pièce neuve, sont éliminées pour les remplacer par des pièces neuves ou reconditionnées. La dispersion et le dosage du carburant sont ensuite contrôlés sur l'ensemble du spectre sur la station de test d'origine et un nouveau code est généré pour le système antidémarrage.
Les pompes à haute pression sont démontées et les composants les plus fréquemment défectueux (électrovannes et vannes mécaniques, arbre, pistons, tête haute pression, corps et joints) sont remplacé par des pièces neuves d'origine puis les pompes sont remontées. Elles passent ensuite un test dynamique sur un banc agréé et à l'étalonnage.
